I'd be more than happy to help you out, Herb!
A common light kit for boat trailers is the Optronics Fleet LED Trailer Tail Lights w/ Grommets # TLL12RK which measure 6-1/2" long x 2-5/16" tall for the light face and are submersible. It's best to make your wiring connections with something like the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector Kit # DW05744-10 because they seal up the connections better than standard butt connectors.
If these lights don't match the dimensions of what you currently have... view full answer...
Hey Mike! The closest amber LED light I have to what you're looking for is the Peterson Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light w/ Reflector item # M116A. It has mounting holes that are 3-1/8" on center. Most of our amber LED clearance lights have 3" on center mounting holes. This is the closest one to 3-1/2". view full answer...
You have 2 options for your 25 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A25W2GWB when wiring in the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights # TLL160RK.
First is the way I recommend since the harness has the full length ground wires is to cut off the eyelet on the tail lights and wire the ground from the tail lights to the harness. Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-10 are the best option for a weather tight connection. If you have any side marker lights they will also need connected... view full answer...
Hey Josh, so the Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer # MAL73FR does not have ability to store vertically. The lights aren't moveable and there aren't any bumpers that can be added to it to prevent contact with the ground. view full answer...
Good morning Gregg good to hear from you again. Between the two lights you mentioned, the Optronics # STL90RB is going to be brighter than the Petersen # PE64AR. In this case more diodes is better and 31 diodes are certainly going to be brighter and more visible that 17 diodes.
Companies like Optronics and Petersen do not measure the brightness of these lights so I am afraid I do not have any hard numbers I can give you. If your goal is for the light to be more visible in foggy conditions,... view full answer...
Since you're not running too much, you're just going to need to mount a dedicated 12V battery inside your trailer. You'll then be able to connect your fan and hook up your lights using the wire # 12-1-1 and the ring terminals # 44-5310A for each light.
I also recommend hooking your battery up to your trailer's 7-way using the junction box # 38656 which will then maintain the battery on-board while hooked up.
If you plan on being not connected for a while, I'd suggest getting a battery... view full answer...
Hey Brent,
The closest clearance light options we currently offer to 5.5" W x 2" T are the Optronics # MC70AB and # MC70RB, which are 5-3/16" W x 2" T. The distance between the mounting holes from center to center is 4-13/16". view full answer...
Hello Barbara, we certainly should have the correct replacement clearance lights for your 2012 Thor Hurricane 32A motorhome. That said, I do not have a way to know exactly what light you will need based on a year make and model of RV. Based on the pictures I can see online, the clearance lights look similar to the Optronics Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light # MC32AB and # MCL32RB. These are 4" long x 2" tall x 1" deep LED clearance lights.
If this is not exactly what you have, feel... view full answer...
Yes, it will and hello! The Triple LED Trailer Tail Light item # CE44VR is the direct replacement for the older Command 003-30. It's got the upgrade LED's along with a better seal. view full answer...
Hey Spencer, so I would go with the Optronics brand as they're really solid so for that size you'd want the part # AL90AB for amber and part # AL90RB for red. view full answer...
First here are some parts I am going to recommend for fixing up your trailer. The Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C is a great option since it has a radial versus bias construction. This will give you better highway characteristics and increased tread life. For the wiring the Wiring Kit # HS381-9000 will give you a 7-way and junction box along with connectors for inside the box so you are not trying to find all the right sizes. The 4-way Trailer Harness # A25W2GWB is a great... view full answer...
To go from your 4-pin connector to a 7-pin connector you'll need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will connect to the 4-pin connector you already have for your lights and will require you to run a wire back to the cab for the brake controller and one to the battery for power.
From there you'll need to install a brake controller to activate the trailer brakes. I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR along with the Universal... view full answer...
I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12048 for your 2020 Mitsubishi RVR. This has the 1-1/4" square tube receiver you are looking for and will bolt on with no drilling required.
You will want to install the 4-Way # C59236 when you install the receiver as your bike rack may require some Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your bikes impair the view of your tail lights. view full answer...
I just want to ensure I am understanding you correctly because you say trailer but I think you are referring to carrier like the Flint Hill Goods # FHG77ZR. If this is similar to what you are meaning then yes, you will be able to use it with the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7221 on your 2016 Nissan Leaf. I do recommend also installing the Wiring # C56227 when you install the receiver as you will most likely need to add some Auxiliary Lights # C53201 to the carrier. This... view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Jessica!
In the past we've had a replacement lens for the brake lights on an Aliner trailer, but those lens have been discontinued so the best option for you is to completely replace the light assemblies and for that I recommend the following from Optronics:
- Driver Side # RVSTLB61
- Passenger Side # RVSTLB60
These measure 8-11/16" long x 3-3/16" tall x 2-1/8" deep and are pretty standard for trailers.

It sounds like what you're looking for is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55384. This connector will tee into your existing 7 way harness and provide your truck with a 4 pole for your light bar. view full answer...
The 4-Way # C56038 is going to need to be combined with the 7-Way Kit # ETBC7 you found to be able to tow your Coleman pop-up behind your 2011 Acura MDX. While we do not have a single kit for a 7-way the 4-way ties into the wiring for the brake lights, turn signals and running lights. Then the 7-way kit you found will provide the wiring for a charge line as well as a brake controller like the Redarc Liberty # RED52VR. I personally prefer this type of controller for your Acura as it only... view full answer...
Hey Jesse, cool name. We do have a potential solution for you, but I am afraid we do not offer any kind of plug-and-play adapter that can be used for this purpose. We do however, make a wiring kit that is essentially made specifically for this application with Item # 5506. This will include all of the additional components you need to run the additional wires for the 7-way and add a brake controller. See the wiring diagram below. That will cover everything except the reverse light function... view full answer...
Hey Matt!
I recommend using the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS05TASF for monitoring behind your travel trailer. Normally the camera is tied into the reverse function but if you connect it to the running light circuit you can control when the camera gets powered up so you can use it for monitoring while traveling.
This is the most popular camera system on the market because of how well it works and how easy it is to use which is a big reason why... view full answer...
